Yearly Calendar
To Parents of
Auxiliary Camp Attendees:
This Friday (September 3) at the Ware County High School
football game we would like for your child to participate
with the Marching Band for pre-game and in the stands due to
their participation in the 2010 Auxiliary Camp this summer.
Campers (girls who participated in the Auxiliary camp) will
need to meet at 6:15 behind Williams Heights Elementary
School. The students will need to wear their yellow
Auxiliary Camp t-shirts in order to get in free. Parents
will need to drop off Campers behind the school and then
enter the stadium from the front, paying at the normal
entrances. Please pick up your child in the stands (band
area) at the start of second quarter. Each Camper will
participate in Pre-Game on the field and dance with us in
the stands until Second Quarter.
*If you did not pick up your adult t-shirt Mrs. Richardson
will have them on Friday night behind Williams Heights.
*Please pass this on to as many people as possible who
participated in the Auxiliary Camp.
