Announcements: All
Practices are mandatory. You must be at them if you are
planning on performing at the next show and at championships.
If you have sports or sectionals or tutoring you must plan on being
at reh by 4:30. (This means in the door with equipment in hand!)

What is it?
Indoor guard is a colorful pageantry of various pieces of equipment
(sabers, rifles and
flags) and the movements are set to music (classical, or popular) on
a tarp covered gym
floor. Unlike marching band, it is just guard.
What do we do?
This year the winter guard will be traveling to two or three
competitions near Atlanta,
before possibly traveling to Championships in early April.
How often do we practice?
Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. The cost
is will include an
inexpensive uniform and one or two hotel nights. We will do a fund
raiser if necessary. |
